To schedule an appointment, please dial 704.344.1000 and select option 2. One of our Appointment Secretaries will help you in a prompt and courteous manner. It will make your visit more efficient if you can have your insurance information available when you make your appointment. If you have health insurance, we do require that you submit proof of coverage by bringing your card to every visit.

Prescription refills

We do not refill prescriptions unless they are called in from the pharmacy. This is for your protection. and allows us the ability to pull your medical record and have it reviewed by the physician prior to calling it in to the pharmacy. If you are in need of a refill on one of your medications, call the pharmacy of your choice and they will contact our office.

We do not refill prescriptions on the weekend or over a holiday, as it is difficult to have access to your records during this period of time.

Getting your questions to a medical problem answered

If you are experiencing a problem and it is not a true emergency, we have medical personnel available every day who devote their time and attention to medical questions. There is a full-time Triage Registered Nurse available every day to take calls regarding any questions you may have regarding your medications or problems. If you press option 4 and you get a message, the triage nurse is most likely on the phone with another patient. Please leave a number at which you can easily be reached within the day of your call. We do not leave messages regarding treatment and/or medications on voicemail in order to protect your privacy. You should make every effort to call prior to 4 PM in order to have your call returned that same day. Calls after 4 PM will be returned the following business day. If your call is not answered, please call back the next business day and indicate that you are calling for a second time.
